We had a fun Christmas, different from ones in the past... as we just moved in with my parent-in-laws the week before Christmas. James was working as an associate pastor at a church in Sanford North Carolina, but as of May '06 he resigned to become a missionary in public schools. We tried to raise support in order for him to do this ministry, but the funds that came in were not enough, so NOW he is interviewing with 3 different churches in AL to become a youth pastor. We are excited to see what God has in store for our family and what ministry is next!
Christmas was fun. I did miss grammy and grammpys house, and my family though. The kids had fun opening presents and we all had fun eating lots of holiday food... new years resolution for me is a DIET! Andrew was very excited about all his presents! He makes all kinds of expressions and gets very excited easily! Hannah was laid back and just soaked it all in! :)
Now it is New years Eve and Hannah has RSV and Andrew has Broncitus! (sp?) I have a touch of something as well, so no seeing the ball drop for us! :) That's what happens when you get cousins together.... they all got each other sick over christmas.... oh well...
Time for more medicine..... I've gotta go hold down Andrew so we can put some in his mouth... poor kid just doesn't like medicine... I wonder why!?!?!
